AI Solution Architect

About the role

As an AI Solution Architect at Bosch Group’s Cluj Plant, you will design and deliver scalable, production‑ready AI systems that improve manufacturing productivity and enable intelligent decision‑making across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Architect intelligent systems that combine data, machine learning and automation from ingestion to deployment.
• Leverage modern data platforms such as Azure Databricks to support large‑scale decision‑making.
• Enable smart integrations with ERP, MES and IoT platforms to create seamless data flows.
• Establish MLOps, monitoring and governance practices for hybrid environments.
• Experiment with LLMs, knowledge graphs, vector databases and agentic AI to build adaptive multi‑agent solutions.
• Bridge technical design and business needs, guiding teams toward data‑driven outcomes.
• Champion responsible AI by ensuring fairness, transparency and compliance with global standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution or AI/ML architecture, focusing on production‑ready systems.
• Strong expertise in cloud data platforms, especially Azure Databricks.
