Working Student – Sales Support (SAP)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Sales Area in Blaj. You will assist the sales and technical teams by processing orders and communicating with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process offers, customer orders and supplier orders in SAP.
• Check daily order confirmations and delivery times.
• Maintain contact with customers via email and phone.
• Report errors in the order processing flow.
• Provide support to sales and technical colleagues.
• Ensure confidentiality of sales data and company strategy.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree.
• English language proficiency at level B2.
• Proactive attitude and problem‑solving ability.

Required skills

• SAP (experience is an advantage).
