Working Student - Manufacturing Engineering Support

About the role

Bosch Cluj Plant, a strategic hub for innovation and production in the mobility industry, is looking for a full-time working student in manufacturing engineering support. The role lets students apply their university knowledge in practice while joining team projects and learning how to work in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Join various team projects to improve technical skills and familiarise yourself with the plant's equipment and processes.
• Apply university theory in practice through involvement in production projects.
• Handle tasks such as data entry and database updates, depending on your interests.
• Take part in assigned trainings to develop your career skills.

Required profile

• Currently studying in a technical field such as Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics and Production Management, Precision Engineering or similar.
• Conversational English, as you will communicate with multicultural colleagues.
• Interest in learning about manufacturing processes and willingness to support the ramp-up of the plant.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues from different departments.

Required skills

• Medium-level Microsoft Office (Excel) for processing input data.
• Initiative to learn about the latest technology trends.
