Workday Service Delivery Consultant (French)

About the role

Join Mercer’s Digital Service Managers team in Cluj‑Napoca as a Workday Service Delivery Consultant with French. You will act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, blending Workday functional expertise with contract and service management.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure contractual commitments are met and manage monthly billing, including time tracking and invoice validation.
• Qualify, triage and route incoming client requests, handling most Workday configuration, maintenance and enhancement tasks independently.
• Engage specialist consultants for complex topics, coordinate client acceptance testing and production migrations.
• Own client accounts in support mode, run client committees, provide activity reporting and advise on evolving needs.
• Promote Mercer’s consulting and service offerings and apply Mercer methodologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Audit, Payroll, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience in HR, Payroll or support management within an HRIS/ERP environment.
• Strong client focus, excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Workday configuration, reporting and integrations.
• Basic project management and HR solution deployment knowledge.
• Ability to work independently, within a team and remotely.
