Training Specialist (French-speaking)

About the role

Veo Worldwide Services is looking for a dynamic and engaging French-speaking Training Specialist to deliver impactful training programmes at national and international level. The role focuses on helping people grow, develop their leadership skills and reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on management, leadership and professional development across national and international locations.
• Facilitate interactive workshops and learning experiences that encourage participation, collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Adapt training methods and approaches to the needs of different audiences and learning objectives.
• Create a positive learning environment that inspires participants to apply new skills in their day-to-day work.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve the training experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training programmes to management teams, including management training.
• Working proficiency in French and a good level of English.
• Experience working with multicultural and international audiences.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• A proactive, adaptable and results-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in a management or leadership role is a plus.
