Coupa Trainer (German) - Remote

About the role

WNS, part of Capgemini, is looking for a Coupa Trainer who can deliver training in both German and English. The role designs, delivers and continuously improves Coupa training for end users, procurement teams, approvers and other stakeholders, supporting adoption of Coupa procurement processes and best practices. It is a full-time position based in Bucharest with a remote work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual Coupa training in German and English.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, quick reference cards, FAQs and e-learning content.
• Support onboarding of new employees and refresher training programs.
• Conduct needs assessments and identify learning gaps.
• Provide post-training support and coaching.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT and Coupa support teams.
• Support release readiness and communication for new Coupa functionality.
• Track training completion, participation and effectiveness metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, procurement operations or Coupa-related work.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to deliver training sessions and develop documentation in both languages.
