Talent Research & Sourcing Specialist

About the role

LSEG is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition Organization in Bucharest. The role partners with the talent acquisition team to identify, attract and deliver candidates for LSEG across the EMEA region, covering business units such as Technology, Product, Sales, Post Trade and Corporate Functions. It combines sourcing and research skills with relationship management to build pipelines of active and passive candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies with TA partners and managers to meet short- and long-term hiring goals
• Build talent pipelines using online and direct sourcing channels, and interview/screen candidates and provide background summaries
• Research and map the talent of target organizations, and give market intelligence on competitors
• Reach out to passive candidates online and by networking calls, and give feedback to shortlisted candidates
• Work with in-house databases, ATS and recruitment marketing platforms while keeping data accurate
• Support employment branding through social media and provide regular reports
• Take part in intake meetings with TA partners and hiring leaders, and carry out other TA duties as needed

Required profile

• Experience as a talent acquisition expert in both corporate and agency environments
• Proven track record of delivering results
• In-depth understanding of the Romanian employment market
• Desired: experience sourcing candidates for sales roles

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of online sourcing and networking, and database mining
• Strong oral and written communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work across a large, matrixed organization and to advise managers on sourcing strategy
• Adaptability in a high-demand, changing environment
