Senior SAP MM Consultant – S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP MM Consultant to join our Bucharest team and support large‑scale S/4HANA sourcing and procurement projects for industrial clients. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, configure and implement end‑to‑end logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SAP MM module in national and international S/4HANA projects.
• Analyse, design and implement logistics processes for manufacturing and procurement.
• Provide change management, coaching and training to client teams.
• Support presales activities and help expand customer relationships.
• Plan and deliver workshops, training sessions and mentor junior consultants.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an SAP Logistics Consultant with a focus on SAP MM.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills in multicultural environments.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel, including occasional international assignments.
