Senior Sales Representative - Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health

About the role

Medtronic's Accelerated Technologies team is looking for a Senior Sales Representative for Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health in Bucharest. The role manages territory base business and growth by coordinating, supporting and implementing strategic initiatives for market development. It reports to the Accelerated Technologies Business Leader for Romania and Moldova and requires 60-70% travel across the area of responsibility: Romania (direct business model) and Moldova (channel partners).

Key responsibilities

• Own the success metrics to drive adoption of pelvic health (PH) and neuromodulation (NM) therapies within targeted accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Strategic Account Management, Market Access, Customer Care, Legal, Tender and Regulatory) to increase market penetration and share while complying with internal processes.
• Develop and execute therapy development plans for each target account to support long-term market growth.
• Provide on-site technical support during initial procedures to ensure proper use.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other relevant stakeholders.
• Achieve designated sales targets in line with regional and cluster sales objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Experience with physicians in pelvic health and neuromodulation-related accounts preferred.
• Fluent Romanian and English.

Required skills

• Business planning, knowledge of reimbursement climate, communication and negotiation.
• Ability to follow work processes to ensure high-quality daily activity in line with internal rules and procedures.
