Senior Digital Marketing Manager / Senior Media Buyer

About the role

Client Accelerators, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is looking for a Senior Media Buyer to research, strategize and run ads across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google and other platforms. The agency spends over $3 million per month and aims to reach $5 million this year, working with clients such as Russell Brunson, Anik Singal, Mike Tyson and Russ Ruffino. The role reports to the Growth Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ad spend of around $50,000-$75,000 per day across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google Search and Display, and scale quickly when campaigns win.
• Forecast client targets by mapping current ad metrics and conversion rates, and propose improvements such as lower CPC and higher conversion rates.
• Analyze performance data for ad creative, landing pages and offers to find optimization opportunities.
• Identify weak points in each client's sales funnel and work with the creative team to improve creative strategy and campaign ideas.
• Research competitors and best-performing campaigns in each niche.
• Take full ownership of 5-7 clients, manage ad accounts and build strong client relationships with daily updates, meeting monthly ROAS and spend KPIs.
• Ramp junior media buyers to full productivity within three months.

Required profile

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on experience optimizing conversion-based funnels.
• 3+ years of media buying team management experience.
• Experience with webinar and coaching funnels preferred.
• Intellectually curious and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Competence with Hyros, Google Sheets and data analytics reporting.
• Ability to build ad account structures following company best practices and naming conventions.
