Senior Cloud Full-Stack Java Developer (French-speaking)

About the role

Inetum, a European digital services group, is looking for a Java Developer to join its team working alongside colleagues from France. You will develop software applications according to business needs, taking part in all phases of the SDLC within an Agile framework.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement projects or features of large-scale projects as part of the development team
• Develop solutions that improve the performance and scalability of systems
• Assist with production issues
• Share knowledge, best practices and provide functional support

Required profile

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Java technologies, with expertise in cloud-oriented design and development
• French: able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and to understand documentation (main team language)
• English: able to communicate effectively and understand technical documentation
• Attention to detail, analytical and adaptive skills, good communication and teamwork in a global distributed team
• Self-driven, proactive, autonomous and a self-learner
• Knowledge of Agile is not required but is a plus

Required skills

• Java SE 17 or newer, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka and event-driven architecture
• Oracle DB / PostgreSQL, Elastic Search, microservices, Hexagonal architecture, DDD, SOLID principles, unit and integration testing
• Frontend: Angular, Jest; tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins / GitLab CI / SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes
• Postman, SoapUI, Bruno; basic Linux
• Nice to have: MongoDB, OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, SAST/DAST/SCA, SOAP, Selenium, Cucumber
