Senior AI-Native Engineer

About the role

Intetics is seeking a Senior AI‑Native Engineer to join its AI‑powered B2B SaaS platform team. The role focuses on agentic development workflows where AI tools drive the entire software lifecycle from specification to production‑ready code.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain executable specification and implementation standards (SDD/BDD) for your feature area.
• Use AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) across the full SDLC and champion AI‑first development practices.
• Critically review AI‑generated code and attestations, ensuring correctness, security, and alignment with specs before merge.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex features, designing reliable, high‑performance solutions for a high‑volume SaaS environment.
• Mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product, design, and QA teams, and communicate clearly in specs, code reviews, and async updates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise or SaaS software in production.
• Daily fluency with agentic coding tools and proven rigor in spec‑first, attestation‑driven workflows.
• Track record of independently shipping complex features from spec to production.
• Strong written communication skills for global, distributed teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in modern backend/full‑stack technologies: Golang, PHP, Node.js/TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful API design, SQL and NoSQL data stores.
• Automated testing (unit, integration, end‑to‑end) and CI/CD pipelines in Agile environments.
• Hands‑on use of AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or equivalents).
