Senior Accountant

About the role

PwC's Connected Tax Compliance team is seeking a Senior Accountant to support finance and accounting outsourcing, tax compliance, payroll, and HR administration services for Romanian clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accounting and tax compliance evidence in line with Romanian regulations and GAAP.
• Produce management reports, group reporting, and GAAP conversions as required.
• Review client deliverables such as accounting records, tax returns, and reports.
• Assist in drafting proposals and maintain relationships with client management.
• Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to identify cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance or Accountancy.
• 3‑4 years of relevant accounting and tax compliance experience.
• ACCA qualified or in progress.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
