Security Systems Specialist (English required)

About the role

We are looking for a Security Systems Specialist who will provide incident handling, technical support and knowledge sharing for our security solutions. The role requires strong English communication and hands‑on experience with a range of security equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incidents and tickets, log customer requests, create and escalate tickets, and track them end‑to‑end.
• Perform remote support sessions, set up and maintain laboratory equipment, and document all actions.
• Share knowledge with colleagues, train team members, act as backup, and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
• Escalate complaints, monitor project KPIs and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Carry out any additional tasks related to the role as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.
• Experience installing or integrating technical security equipment such as intrusion, fire detection, access control, audio and video systems.
• Good understanding of networking, analog security systems, alarms and IT‑based security integration equipment.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
