Security Systems Specialist with German

About the role

The Security Systems Specialist will provide technical support and incident management for security solutions at Bosch Service Solutions in Timișoara. The role requires fluent German and English communication and focuses on installing, integrating, and troubleshooting security equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow incident management procedures and log all customer requests across communication channels.
• Create, prioritize, and escalate tickets to second‑level support as needed.
• Perform remote support sessions, troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, and ensure end‑to‑end ticket tracking.
• Share knowledge, train colleagues, and act as backup for team members.
• Set up and maintain laboratory equipment and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
• Assist customers in collecting system data and logs, and escalate complaints to team leaders.
• Adhere to quality standards, follow documented procedures, and fulfill additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience installing or integrating technical security equipment such as intrusion, fire detection, access control, audio and video systems.
• Solid networking knowledge and familiarity with analog systems, electricity, alarms, and IT‑based security integration equipment.
• Strong customer orientation, analytical mindset, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
