SAP Key User

About the role

The SAP Key User will support Bosch's transition to S/4HANA, analysing, designing and optimising SAP‑enabled business processes across key modules. You will act as a bridge between operational teams and central experts, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, design and optimise SAP business processes (SD, MM, PP, FI).
• Configure, test and implement SAP solutions while managing system upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into SAP configurations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive automation and process optimisation.
• Support the S/4HANA transition for the assigned responsibility area.

Required profile

• Solid experience in SAP configuration, implementation and support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience in process improvement and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or related field; SAP certification is a plus.
