Sales Pursuit Writing Senior Analyst – Bilingual (English/Italian)

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Sales Pursuit Writing Senior Analyst who can craft clear, concise, and compelling sales materials in both English and Italian. You will join the Sales Excellence team, supporting proposal development and storytelling to differentiate Accenture in competitive bids.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit, research, and proofread pursuit writing support requests.
• Participate in proposal story‑boarding sessions and tailor standard sections using baseline content.
• Collaborate with designers and other creative colleagues to develop engaging sales collateral.
• Maintain and contribute content to internal repositories and the pursuit writing practice community.
• Coach junior team members and apply global writing best practices.

Required profile

• Advanced fluency in English and Italian (minimum B2).
• At least 2 years of professional writing or related experience.
• Strong business language skills and familiarity with editorial guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
