Regional Field Sales Manager - Constanța

About the role

Red Bull Romania is looking for a Regional Field Sales Manager for Constanța. The role leads, coaches and develops a team of Sales Representatives, ensuring excellent execution, customer engagement and delivery of regional sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Business planning: develop and run the Field Sales business plan for the territory, manage the team's and agency's KPIs (store coverage, distribution, additional store placements, cashier coolers, Perfect Store, etc.), and track the Field Sales budget.
• Store coverage: define the universe to be covered, enable the team to grow it through active selling, the Perfect Store concept and a rotating coverage model.
• Tools and data: make sure the team has the right information and tools, collect feedback on gaps, ensure accurate audit data entry and use audit reports to support the team.
• Team management: clarify roles, give regular constructive feedback, manage poor performance and keep the team motivated and creative.
• Coaching and development: train the team using the global Field Sales training curriculum, coach in the field during joint store visits, and cover mid-year, year-end and compensation planning check-ins.
• Stakeholder management: keep close contact with trade marketing, KAM and the corresponding DP, act as the communication link between the team and other departments, and foster strong internal relationships.

Required profile

• More than 5 years' experience in the FMCG sector, including people leadership.
• Valid driving licence.
• Leadership, motivation and team skills, with a clear understanding of FMCG sales, distribution, competitors and consumer behaviour.
• Proven ability to build and develop talent, strong analytical and commercial skills, and very high negotiation and interpersonal skills.
