Referent Production Planner - DP

About the role

Join Airbus Aerostructures as a Referent Production Planner where you will lead weekly production planning routines and ensure short‑term schedule adherence. You will work closely with operators, engineers and production partners to optimise resources and meet delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and monitor adherence to the production plan, considering manpower, machines and material availability.
• Elaborate the Production Schedule and recovery plans, assessing impacts on capacity, tooling and delivery dates.
• Lead Weekly Master Production meetings, obtain commitments and validate short‑term planning.
• Build, update and analyse KPIs measuring plan execution and define improvement actions.
• Implement the approved schedule in the production system, authorise work orders and update the IT planning tool.
