Project Manager - Microsoft Teams Operator Connect

About the role

DXC Luxoft is looking for a Project Manager in Bucharest to deliver the end-to-end transition to Microsoft Teams Operator Connect. The role covers the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering through RFP execution, vendor selection, contracting, risk assessment, migration planning, deployment and business readiness. It combines project leadership, unified communications expertise, stakeholder coordination and the ability to design repeatable processes for large-scale telephony transformation.

Key responsibilities

• RFP development and vendor evaluation
• Contracting and risk management
• Deployment planning and migration execution: baseline discovery and inventory, migration preparation, test planning, deployment and cutover
• Design of a repeatable migration process, communication and change management
• Status reporting and governance

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering global UCaaS or telephony transformation projects (Microsoft Teams, Operator Connect, Direct Routing, SIP)
• Strong technical understanding of telephony, number routing, SBCs, emergency calling and carrier services
• Experience designing repeatable migration processes and managing large-scale number porting programs
• Nice to have: Microsoft Teams Voice or Operator Connect certifications, background with global telecom carriers and enterprise consolidation programs, and knowledge of enterprise regulatory requirements such as 911/E911, GDPR and call recording compliance
