Local One Industrial IT Security Coordinator

About the role

The Local One Industrial IT Security Coordinator will act as the primary liaison for Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity within Bosch's manufacturing and logistics sites in Blaj. You will support the implementation of industrial IT security standards and ensure the protection, integrity, and availability of critical OT systems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the rollout of Industrial IT Security directives and OT cybersecurity measures across local operations.
• Serve as the interface between operational teams, technical departments, and central security organisations for all OT‑related security topics.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve local OT security procedures and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with security standards and assist in incident response for OT environments.
• Provide guidance and training to operational personnel on OT security best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience with OT cybersecurity or industrial IT security concepts.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate security requirements.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail in assessing security controls.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Romanian is a plus.
