Modern Workplace Architect – Microsoft 365

About the role

We are looking for a Modern Workplace Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 to design, implement and continuously improve our clients' digital workplace environments. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver secure, productive and user‑friendly solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support and administer Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Azure AD.
• Design, implement and maintain modern workplace solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Configure user accounts, permissions, licensing and identity services.
• Troubleshoot collaboration platforms, productivity tools, device management and cloud services.
• Manage onboarding/off‑boarding, account provisioning and device setup.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access policies and endpoint management.
• Monitor health, performance and security of Microsoft 365 environments.
• Deploy, configure and promote adoption of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data‑protection regulations.
• Document configurations, procedures and knowledge‑base articles.
• Run workshops, lead knowledge transfer and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience designing scalable, secure Microsoft 365 architectures.
• Ability to optimize license usage and align solutions with business goals.
• Strong collaboration skills to gather feedback and improve user experience.
• Experience ensuring compliance with GDPR, HIPAA or similar regulations.
