Junior Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our team in Iasi. You will support reporting, data analysis and process improvement initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and run daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Extract and validate data from systems such as ATS and Cognos.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and investigate discrepancies using Excel.
• Identify and flag process deviations.
• Deliver ad‑hoc analyses and insights for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Reporting, Data Analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and structured mindset.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient level of English.
