IT Intern

About the role

We are looking for a student or recent graduate who is passionate about technology, enthusiastic and eager to start a career in IT. The role offers hands‑on experience in supporting the company’s IT infrastructure and participating in various technical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Technical support: assist in configuring, installing and troubleshooting workstations, laptops and peripheral devices.
• Software and OS maintenance: help install, update and configure applications and operating systems.
• Ticket management: monitor and process requests from the internal support system, resolve simple issues or escalate complex ones.
• Inventory management: document, track and manage IT equipment, hardware components and software licences.
• Special projects: take part in IT initiatives such as system migrations, network upgrades and creation of internal technical guides.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate with a strong passion for technology and a desire to begin an IT career.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
