IT Intern

About the role

We are looking for a student or recent graduate who is passionate about technology and eager to start a career in IT. The intern will join the internal IT team and support daily technical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support by configuring, installing and troubleshooting workstations, laptops and peripheral devices.
• Assist with software and operating system installation, updates and configuration.
• Monitor and handle tickets from the internal support system, resolving simple issues or escalating complex ones.
• Document, track and manage IT inventory, including hardware components and software licences.
• Participate in special projects such as system migrations, network upgrades or creation of internal technical documentation.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate with a strong interest in IT.
• Enthusiastic, detail‑oriented and able to work in a team environment.
