Graduate Workday Consultant – French/German

About the role

Join Mercer’s Digital Solutions team in Cluj‑Napoca as a Graduate Workday Consultant. You will support client projects on the Workday platform, research issues, evaluate HR processes, and assist senior consultants with configuration, testing, and validation.

Key responsibilities

• Support functional workstreams within Workday HCM deployment projects under senior guidance.
• Assist in configuring Workday solutions, documenting recommended approaches, and building prototypes.
• Document HR processes and system touchpoints, and support production cut‑over activities.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, keeping project managers informed of progress.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in HR systems, HR operations, consulting, finance, or related analytical roles.
• Strong interest in HR and/or finance processes and a desire to build a career in HR digital transformation.
• Excellent communication skills in Romanian and fluency in English plus French or German.
• Customer‑oriented mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Workday platform (configuration, testing, validation).
• Microsoft Office suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
