Field Sales Representative

About the role

AsstrA, an international holding company in logistics and transportation services with more than 900 employees, is looking for a Sales Specialist for its office in Bucharest. The role covers road, ocean, air and rail services and involves attracting new clients and exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Attract new clients and build customer relationships through cold calling
• Sell road, ocean, air and rail services
• Identify customer needs and conduct business negotiations
• Prepare and submit commercial offers
• Provide expert knowledge across solutions and the logistics industry
• Use the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders and forecast sales
• Achieve and exceed sales targets

Required profile

• Excellent knowledge of Romanian and English
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
• Proactivity, responsibility and good teamwork
• Sales experience is an advantage
