Engineering Data Management Specialist – Faculty Member

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Data Management Specialist who will also act as a faculty member within Airbus Defence and Space Romania. The role combines system‑engineering expertise with the design and delivery of training material for engineering data management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level expertise on engineering data management across multiple projects.
• Develop and deliver training courses and multimedia content using Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, Audacity, Camtasia, etc.
• Collaborate with the training team and other departments to design effective learning solutions.
• Maintain and continuously update training materials and documentation.
• Support project managers, chief engineers and work‑package managers through communication and guidance.
• Occasional travel within and outside Romania as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or system‑engineering roles.
• Strong ability to interact with technical and managerial stakeholders.
• Academic background in Computer Science or a related technical field.
