Digital Acquisition Strategy Expert

About the role

ING Bank Romania is looking for a Digital Acquisition Strategy Expert to drive the execution of its digital acquisition strategy. You will identify growth opportunities, increase digital sales, optimize acquisition journeys and scale customer acquisition through data-driven initiatives, turning the 2032 Acquisition Roadmap into actionable growth initiatives. The role sits in the Acquisition & Growth ecosystem, working closely with Digital Marketing, UX/UI & Customer Experience, IT & Engineering, Analytics & Experimentation and global ING communities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the digital acquisition roadmap aligned with the 2032 business growth ambitions, and identify and develop new acquisition opportunities across digital channels
• Drive growth of digital sales across priority retail products and define and track KPIs such as traffic, conversion, cost of acquisition, digital sales and customer value
• Improve end-to-end digital acquisition and onboarding journeys, partnering with Product, UX, Marketing, Analytics and Technology teams
• Maintain an experimentation backlog, lead A/B testing and growth experiments, validate hypotheses and scale successful initiatives
• Align acquisition priorities across Growth, Marketing, Product, Sales, Data and Technology stakeholders

Required profile

• Experience in Digital Growth, Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Digital Product Management or Customer Journey Management
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in a digital environment and strong stakeholder management skills
• Growth mindset, strategic thinking, commercial acumen and data-driven decision making

Required skills

• Understanding of digital sales funnels, conversion optimization and growth frameworks
• Use of customer and performance data to drive business decisions
• Experimentation and optimization
