Campaign Specialist - Private Individuals

About the role

ING Bank Romania is looking for a Campaign Specialist for its Private Individuals portfolio. You will plan, design and run multi-channel CRM and digital campaigns aimed at improving commercial performance and customer experience, covering activation, sales, customer development, loyalty, retention and event-triggered campaigns. You will join the Campaign Communication team, which works at the intersection of data, marketing, digital and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Data Analysts, Marketing, Digital, IT and Business stakeholders to define and execute campaigns.
• Use Campaign Management Systems to select eligible customers, set targeting criteria and run campaigns end to end.
• Help develop the campaign data framework, including SQL-based DataMart queries and data quality checks.
• Give optimization advice on selection criteria, channels, A/B testing and success measurement.
• Manage digital campaigns in internet and mobile banking channels.
• Develop, test and automate direct marketing campaigns using analytical and behavioural data.
• Take part in projects on campaign tools, dashboards and new channel integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Marketing, Cybernetics or Statistics.
• 2-3 years of experience in CRM / Campaign Management and technical campaign design.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to data quality and optimization.
• Good English and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Database management systems (MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Campaign Management tools; HCL IBM / SAS / Adobe is a plus.
