Data & Reporting Consultant - Workday HR or Finance

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Data & Reporting Consultant to join its team in Cluj-Napoca under a hybrid working model. The consultant supports clients in implementing and supporting the Workday solution, preparing, validating and loading data into Workday, and designing reports and dashboards that support business decisions. The role works closely with HR, Finance and IT stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute Workday data loads using standard Workday tools and processes
• Prepare, cleanse and validate data files before loading into Workday
• Gather and analyse requirements with HR, Finance and IT teams
• Troubleshoot data issues, load errors and reconciliation discrepancies
• Support data conversion during Workday implementations and enhancements
• Design, develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards and analytics
• Maintain documentation for data mapping, transformation rules and load procedures
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance with company policies
• Support testing and production readiness, and train end users on Workday reporting
• Stay up to date with Workday updates and best practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science
• Good level of French besides English
• Ability to turn business requirements into technical reporting solutions
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data quality
• Experience with Workday is a plus; Workday certification in Data Loading, Reporting or related modules is a plus
• Prior consulting experience in a professional services environment is a plus
