Customer Service Representative (CSR)

About the role

Ravago is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Bucharest to provide administrative support to customers and the sales team. The role covers order management, invoicing, updating records in the system and communicating with partners, including checking commercial documents and following up on deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Issue customer invoices, supplier orders and cash registers, and keep the cash register log
• Check that data entered into the computer matches the documents
• Prepare reports on invoicing and debt collection
• Tell customers about debts, invoices and payment options
• Receive and forward correspondence by courier and e-mail, and distribute it internally
• Archive company documents such as customer and supplier invoices
• Support the sales team

Required profile

• Completed secondary or higher education
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Experience with an invoicing program (Borg and SAP ERP) is an advantage
• Knowledge of a foreign language (English) is an advantage
• Attention to detail, seriousness, responsibility, integrity

Required skills

• PC operations: e-mail, Word, Excel
• Invoicing software (Borg, SAP ERP)
