Customer Experience Internship

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers university students a 6-month internship (subject to possible extension) in its Services Quote to Cash operations, based in Bucharest, Romania. The role is hybrid, with about 2 days per week spent in an HPE office. You will support front-end and back-end operational processes such as customer support, sales support, contract booking, activation, offer creation, renewals, order booking and disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Support processes such as customer order booking, order release, renewal activation and partner/sales request (ticket) management
• Help resolve operational issues across the sales process, such as order status, returns and delivery, invoicing and post-financial sales schedules
• Issue reports on assigned activities and analyse the data
• Request and share data and coordinate actions with other teams
• Verify, functionally test and ensure business control and compliance with audit requirements to protect HPE financially

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Economics
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong customer service mindset
• Result-oriented, self-started and a team player with good communication skills
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus

Required skills

• Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
