Corporate Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Trainer to join our DARE Academy team in Brasov. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that empower candidates and employees to reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, interview, train and select candidates according to commercial profiles.
• Create and adapt training content as needed.
• Maintain an engaging atmosphere within the training group and DARE team.
• Participate in recruitment days, team‑building sessions, career fairs, and act as a DARE ambassador.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth training operations.
• Evaluate trainees, provide constructive feedback, and monitor progress.
• Offer continuous coaching and support during and after the training period.
• Travel internationally for up to 25% of the time.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a trainer or similar role.
• Strong public‑speaking abilities and confidence delivering various training formats.
• Proactive attitude with good time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and mentor others.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1).

• MS Office (advanced proficiency).
