Candidate Partnerships Coordinator

About the role

The Candidate Partnerships Coordinator will join QS Student Recruitment to support the QS Connect product. You will match highly qualified prospective students with international universities, helping them navigate MBA and Masters programmes and ensuring a smooth journey from application to interview.

Key responsibilities

• Review large volumes of resumes and candidate profiles, assessing suitability for a range of universities.
• Provide specialist consulting on MBA and Masters programmes, including advice on specialisations, rankings and entry requirements.
• Conduct LinkedIn background and suitability checks to supplement candidate information.
• Engage candidates through email campaigns and phone calls to understand their academic and career goals.
• Draft shortlists that align with each school’s entry criteria and encourage candidates to book interviews.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned international business schools, maintaining regular contact and supporting their recruitment objectives.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate candidate qualifications against university specifications.
• Experience or strong interest in higher‑education recruitment, particularly MBA and Masters programmes.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and willingness to innovate within an evolving product.
