About the role

Join Marsh's Client Relationship Management team in Bucharest as a Corporate Insurance Client Relationship Specialist. You will manage client portfolios, ensure high‑quality service, and support insurance contract administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate insurance clients, providing day‑to‑day service and administration of existing contracts.
• Respond to client requests for policy renewals, modifications, and consultancy services.
• Resolve client account issues and ensure timely communication.
• Participate in client and prospect meetings to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance or brokerage, preferably corporate insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business.
• Fluent in Romanian and English (B2 level).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
