Commercial Team Leader with English and Spanish

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Commercial Team Leader to manage our acquisition team in Constanta. You will be responsible for driving performance, shaping commercial strategy, and working in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5–7 prospectors.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure commercial objectives are met.
• Track KPIs, analyse results and propose action plans.
• Recruit, train, coach and motivate team members toward high performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience.
• People‑oriented, able to inspire, coach and empower a team.
• Results‑focused with a strong drive for measurable outcomes.
• Hands‑on approach, working side‑by‑side with the team daily.
• Confident communication in English (B2+) and Spanish (B1+).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
