Chief Data Office Protection Analyst (French-speaking)

About the role

Inetum, a European digital services group, is looking for a Chief Data Office Protection Analyst (CDOPA) in Bucharest. The role ensures that personal data processing complies with GDPR and Group requirements, supports the implementation of data protection principles and helps control personal data-related risks. It works with stakeholders across the data lifecycle and may also cover non-personal data such as insider information and banking secrecy.

Key responsibilities

• Support project and operational teams in qualifying personal data processing and identifying data protection measures, and give GDPR advice on new processes, tools, applications and outsourcing.
• Maintain the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) and carry out or coordinate DPIA, TIA, data flow and LIA analyses, keeping documentation accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to the first line of defence controls, applying data minimization and storage limitation, and escalate risks and non-compliance.
• Keep the PRU GDPR Team Manager informed on compliance status, risks and action plans, and support CDOs in monitoring Group requirements.
• Work with IT, Security, Risk, Legal and business teams, and with the Data Protection Officer, in a three lines of defence approach.

Required profile

• Rigor, accuracy and strong organizational skills, with analytical thinking and synthesis ability.
• Autonomy, good priority management, curiosity, proactivity and resilience.
• Excellent spoken and written French and English.

Required skills

• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn specific privacy tools.
