C# Software Engineer (Systems & Automation)

About the role

You will build, fix, and connect the software that runs our company, replacing manual processes with efficient .NET applications. You will collaborate with machine operators and office staff to digitize daily tasks across the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Develop C# applications to automate manual data entry and replace paper forms.
• Modernize legacy internal software using .NET 8+.
• Build APIs and integrations to connect shop‑floor data, ERP, and office tools.
• Design and maintain SQL Server databases to ensure accurate and accessible data.
• Troubleshoot and provide quick fixes for existing internal tools to keep production moving.

Required profile

• Preference for writing code that solves real problems rather than theoretical architecture.
• Comfortable working on the shop floor to see how software is used in practice.
• Ability to transform unoptimized processes into logical digital workflows.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
