Business Analyst - Order Management (OMaaP)

About the role

ING Hubs Romania is looking for a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) to join its Order Management team in the Payments & Settlement Services (PSS) unit. The role strengthens the Order Management capabilities of the PSS team, which supports new volumes onboarding into PSS Global solutions and improves existing services, covering SEPA products and international payments. The position is based in Bucharest.

Key responsibilities

• Define detailed business requirements for products and services, translating new payment regulations and market standards into requirements and solutions.
• Ensure the correct business and functional definition of requirements for service consumers, with a global usage perspective, and document them so development teams can refine them.
• Handle the non-IT part of delivery, including COPAFTJ, and document assessments and decisions around product and service introduction.
• Support the objectives and plans of the Country and Product Leads, and co-manage and prioritize derived features.
• Work with Risk, Compliance and Legal stakeholders to ensure products meet regulation and policies.
• Support the development, implementation and communication of the roadmap, and simplify solutions and processes.

Required profile

• Master's or Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Project and program experience, migration activities and stakeholder management.
• Banking and payments experience.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a real plus.
