Working Student - Waste Management

About the role

Bosch Cluj Plant, a mobility-products manufacturer in Cluj, Romania, is looking for a working student to support its waste management activities. The role lets students apply their university knowledge in practice while joining team projects and learning in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor waste segregation and collection processes, and waste quantities and collection processes
• Support waste-related audits and supervise waste collection points
• Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure proper handling, storage, collection and recycling of waste
• Prepare reports, update waste-related data and documentation, and support recycling and waste reduction initiatives
• Take part in assigned training to develop career skills

Required profile

• Master's programme student with a technical background and a strong interest in waste management and environmental sustainability
• Conversational English, as you will communicate with multicultural colleagues
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, customer focus, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
