Working Student – Spare Parts Management

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join the Technical Functions Team at Bosch’s Cluj plant. You will support the spare parts management process, gaining hands‑on experience in a multicultural manufacturing environment while developing your technical and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in ordering, receiving and tracking spare parts deliveries.
• Maintain the spare parts database, updating part numbers, quantities and stock levels.
• Coordinate parts shipments and support efficient inventory processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, cost‑effective procurement.
• Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry and communication.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or Master’s student with a technical background.
• Conversational English and good communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, target‑driven and able to understand economic impact of delays.
• Interest in supply‑chain concepts and manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to support plant ramp‑up activities.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
