Working Student - Quality Management Purchasing

About the role

As a Working Student in Quality Management Purchasing, you will support the quality team in handling complaints, coordinating sample collection from production lines, and ensuring smooth communication with internal plants and external suppliers. This part‑time position offers hands‑on experience in a high‑tech automotive and industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect samples from production lines and manage parts for measurement and testing.
• Deliver parts to external suppliers and communicate relevant information to potentially affected plants.
• Train and assist employees responsible for testing, providing guidance when issues arise.
• Use digital tools such as IQS and SAP to access product drawings, technical specifications, and quality data.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to understand part functionality.
• Analyze quality data, apply insights to plant projects, and support the implementation of standardized quality procedures.
• Prepare operational reports for department meetings.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a technical university program (e.g., engineering, mechanics).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with quality data.
• Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.
