Working Student – Process Engineering & Digitalization

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Blaj as a Working Student supporting process engineering and digitalisation initiatives. You will work closely with senior engineers to help test, sample, collect and analyse data, contributing to continuous improvement and reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist process engineers in testing, sampling, data collection and analysis.
• Support continuous improvement processes by gathering data and performing defined tests.
• Participate in the release process, documenting results and summarising findings.
• Contribute to digitalisation projects and help prepare materials for internal and external reporting.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a technical degree program (mechanical or electrical engineering).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical engineering concepts.
• Basic understanding of digitisation and data handling.
• Self‑driven, motivated and able to work with a logical, structured approach.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
