Working Student – Marketing Support

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Bucharest as a Working Student supporting the Marketing team. You will gain hands‑on experience in B2B marketing while collaborating with sales, service providers, and various business channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of all marketing activities.
• Maintain collaboration with sales and service providers for interconnected tasks.
• Prepare documentation required for marketing initiatives.
• Support and participate in events such as trade fairs, roadshows, and customer meetings.
• Provide trade‑marketing and communication support for Wholesale and Workshop channels in Romania.
• Conduct research on customer data and analyse the results.
• Help create, schedule, and manage media content while respecting Bosch’s visual identity.

Required profile

• Student eager to learn about B2B marketing.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and team‑oriented attitude.
• Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of Generative AI is a plus.
