Working Student – Line Planning Support

About the role

Join Bosch's Cluj plant as a Working Student in Line Planning Support and gain hands‑on experience in automotive manufacturing processes. You will work on ramp‑up activities, budget coordination and new product launches while developing your technical and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate ramp‑up activities and support budget management for new product launches.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, clear reports and data visualisations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams across different departments and gain exposure to automotive technology.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
• Strong organizational and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn about the latest technology trends.

• Power BI or similar dashboarding tools (optional)
