Transport & Logistics Officer (English/French/Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Transport & Logistics Officer to join our Bucharest team. The role involves managing cross‑border shipments between Europe and France while communicating with suppliers in three languages.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate transport between Europe–France and France–Europe platforms.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain logistical details such as goods, pallets and weights, working closely with buyers.
• Research and select transport solutions using databases, transport exchanges and online platforms.
• Negotiate transport costs and contractual conditions.
• Monitor and track orders throughout the entire transport process.
• Develop and maintain a database of transport providers through market prospecting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Spanish.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation and stress‑management abilities.
• Reliable, autonomous and results‑oriented mindset.
