Cabin Crew Member – Bucharest

About the role

As a Cabin Crew Member you will act as the airline’s ambassador, ensuring passengers enjoy a safe, comfortable and pleasant flight experience. You will work on a full‑time basis, based at the Bucharest hub, following Air Arabia’s standards and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safety briefings, administer first aid and respond to emergencies in accordance with SOPs.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout boarding, in‑flight service and disembarkation, handling passenger requests and resolving issues.
• Promote on‑board sales, meals and charity programmes while accurately handling cash and credit‑card transactions.
• Conduct pre‑flight and post‑flight checks, report deficiencies and ensure cabin cleanliness and proper handover to catering and cleaning teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; a travel/tourism diploma is a plus.
• Fit to fly, good general health and presentable appearance.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns, handle stressful situations and maintain a positive attitude.
