Senior Systems Engineer - Medical Industry

About the role

Nagarro, a digital product engineering company with more than 18,000 experts across 39 countries, is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer for its medical industry practice. The role works remotely and helps turn product and stakeholder needs into clear, structured and testable system requirements, working across product, systems, hardware, software and testing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, structured technical and system requirements, breaking them down to the right level of detail for system, hardware and software teams.
• Define use cases, system behaviours, interfaces, constraints, quality attributes and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate requirements discussions and reviews across product, system, hardware, software and test teams, resolving gaps and ambiguities before they become engineering problems.
• Ensure requirements are feasible and detailed enough for teams to design, implement and test against, and work with testing teams to set clear, measurable acceptance criteria.
• Manage requirements throughout the development lifecycle, keeping them updated and maintaining traceability between product needs, system requirements and technical details.
• Assess proposed changes, identify dependencies and implications, and work with architects so changes stay consistent with the system architecture.
• Document and maintain requirements in the organisation's requirements-management tool and track their status across project milestones.
