Senior Embedded C++ AUTOSAR Developer and Architect

About the role

Accenture Industry X, part of Accenture, is hiring a Senior Embedded C++ AUTOSAR Developer and Architect for its Embedded Engineering Capability in Cluj-Napoca. The team focuses on embedded software and system engineering, with experts in the railway, automotive and other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture of MCU firmware and AUTOSAR components, discussing it internally and with customers.
• Design, implement and improve SWCs such as RTE, COM and PDU routing, including code generators, tests and documentation.
• Review and approve requirements, architecture, design, code, tests and documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in multi-core development.
• Nice to have: experience with MISRA, CERT and other static code analysis standards, scripting languages, Ruby, Python and PyTest, and knowledge of safety and security standards.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of modern C++ for embedded firmware and drivers.
• Knowledge of low-level buses (I2C, SPI, MDIO, CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Understanding of RTOS and embedded OS concepts.
• Experience with gtest and gmock for C++ unit tests.
• Nice to have: Tricore, ARM and POSIX knowledge.
